Terms and Conditions for JobKite describes the terms on which you may use our services. All JobKite users must read and accept all of the terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, Terms and Conditions overrides the Privacy Policy.

JobKite reserves the right to modify Terms and Conditions as well as Privacy Policy without prior notice. Your continued usage of our service indicates agreement to modified Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Description and Use of Service
JobKite provides service to hiring managers, recruiters to list their job openings.

Use of Service
JobKite reserves the right to refuse service without prior notice to any user for any or no reason.

User Conduct
You must not place the information of following categories on JobKite:
- Any information that should not be disclosed under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as insider information, or proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements).
- Unlawful, libelous, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Illegal information or information for illegal transaction purpose, including but not limited to conspiring to violate laws.
- Cheating on your identity and background information. Such information includes, but not limited to, fake name, fake resume, fake employment relationship with a certain employer.
- Any information that infringes upon patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights or other proprietary rights.
- Advertisement or spam
- Computer virus or any software that's aimed toward harming another user
- Forged emails using JobKite domain name without our written consent

Information Provided on this Website
You must understand that all information publicly posted through the JobKite Service is the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated and that JobKite will not be liable for any errors, loss or omissions in any content.

Indemnification
By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree to indemnify and otherwise hold harmless JobKite, Inc., its officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates and other partners from any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from i) your use of the JobKite Service; ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your communications with or through the JobKite Service, or iii) any other matter relating to the JobKite Service.

Any activities which arise between users from their use of JobKite are the sole responsibilities of the users involved.
You must agree that JobKite may disclose personal information if required by law.

Limitation of Liability
You must agree that JobKite shall not be liable to you for any reason. You must not seek any payment from JobKite for any reason.
